Refund policy

We're a family selling to families, so here's our refund policy in plain words.

Digital issues — the 7-day happy-family guarantee

Digital products usually come with a hard "no refunds" — we get why, but we'd rather earn your trust. If a Freedom Kids digital issue doesn't spark a single good conversation in your home, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of purchase and tell us it wasn't a fit. We'll refund your purchase, no interrogation. You don't even have to delete the PDF — though we trust you to be honest with us the way we're being honest with you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Print orders (when they launch)

Once the Print + Digital Bundle ships, this section will cover it. Our working policy: if your magazine arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us with your order number and a photo (for damage) and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice. We don't ask you to mail damaged copies back.

Annual subscriptions (when they launch)

Cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep everything already delivered, and we won't bill the next cycle. If we ever fail to deliver an issue you've paid for, we'll refund it.

  • Reply to your Shopify order confirmation email (fastest), or
  • Use the contact page with your order number.
